Vita Tempus Wellness Clinic Refund & Cancellation PolicyNo-Show Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for all missed appointments without prior notice. This fee is non-refundable and will be billed directly.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We understand that short-notice cancellations can be unavoidable. However, to maintain smooth clinic operations, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to qualify for a refund. Last-minute cancellations make it challenging to rebook an appointment slot, so we have implemented this policy to ensure fair scheduling for all patients.

Rescheduling: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, but any paid fees may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if rescheduling does not disrupt clinic operations.

Medical Exception Policy: In cases of approved medical conditions, refunds may be granted upon submission of valid medical proof. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, please provide documentation to be eligible for a refund.
